Warranty and return policy

No refunds or returns, exchanges / in store credit with receipt and original Packaging. No exchanges on special orders, custom built systems, labor and opened software. Opened software exchanged for same item only if defective. Exchange may be subject to restoking fee. All hardware is new and comes with manufactures warranty from 1 to 3 years except cpu's have a 30 day defective replacement. After this period only manufactures warranty applies. Moondog repairs defective parts after 90 days. Complete system labor has warranty of 1 year except on software problems, all hardware labor has 30 day warranty all void if tamper seal is broken. Past due net terms a re subject to 2% per month (24% annual) finance charge. Items left 1 week after completion can occur a 10$ per day storage fee. Moondog is not responsible for data loss or hardware damage during service.
